About

More than 30 years ago, local leaders and business owners, many of them lifelong residents, came together to form what is now the Eastburg Community Alliance (ECA). Today, the ECA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating under the Main Street Program and the Pennsylvania Downtown Center. Its work is supported through a mix of local grants, fundraising, memberships, community contributions, in-kind donations, and funding from the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED).
