Event Overview
The Eastburg Community Alliance is seeking musical performers for our 250th All-American Picnic, a community-focused Independence Day celebration taking place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
This event brings together families, local businesses, and visitors for an afternoon of live entertainment, food, and patriotic celebration in the East Stroudsburg community.
Performance Needs
We are seeking 2 musical acts to perform throughout the event window. Performers should be able to engage a broad audience and contribute to a fun, upbeat, family-friendly atmosphere.
Preferred Genres Include:
- Classic rock
- Country
- Americana / folk
- Acoustic sets
- Party bands / crowd engagement acts
Important Notes:
- Performances must be family-friendly and appropriate for all ages
- Ability to interact with the audience is strongly preferred
- Performers should be comfortable performing in an outdoor setting
Performance Structure Options
We are currently considering the following format
- Two performers with longer sets (2–2.5 hours each)
Final scheduling will be determined based on selected talent.
Location & Setup
- Location: Miller Park and Crystal St., East Stroudsburg, PA
- Outdoor event setting
- Basic staging and sound to be provided (details to be confirmed)
- Performers may be asked to supply or supplement sound equipment depending on performers needs
Proposal Requirements
Interested performers should submit the following:
- Band/Performer Name
- Contact Information
- Performance Type & Genre
- Sample Setlist (if available)
- Links to Live Performances or Recordings
- Technical Requirements (sound, stage, setup needs)
- Availability on July 4, 2026 (12–5 PM window)
- Proposed Rate (include any package options if applicable)
Selection Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Fit for a family-friendly, community event
- Energy and audience engagement
- Experience performing at similar events
- Professionalism and reliability
- Overall value
Compensation
This is a paid opportunity. Compensation will be negotiated based on experience, performance length, and equipment needs.
