Event Planning

Host a special event in the heart of downtown East Stroudsburg at the Historic Dansbury Depot! The Dansbury Depot provides the perfect setting for business meetings, anniversaries, wedding rehearsals, religious gatherings and special events.

$200 (4-hours) + $50 each additional hour	$375 (4-hours) + $75 each additional hour

*If renter does not leave facility in condition it was found, an additional $75/hour for cleaning will be applied.

50% rental fee due upon signing of contract

Balance of rental fee, security deposit and cleaning fee due 2 weeks prior to the event

Facilities are inspected after use any damage, missing property or additional cleaning services needed will be deducted from security deposit

Space requests are not final until signing of contact and timely payment of fees.

Cancellation policy 30 days in advance 50% refund Less than 30 days will not be refunded

Alcoholic Beverages are permitted it requested and approved but may not be sold

Narcotics and illegal drugs are not permitted on the premises at any time

No Smoking in or around the facility

No pets or animals are permitted inside the Deposit

Attendees must be inside of the building after 10am and all noise must be restricted to the inside of the building.

Caterer information (if applicable) must be provided 30 days prior to the event

All rooms should be returned to pre-rental condition. Furniture shall not be dragged across floors, Tables and chairs should be returned to location found

Nails, Staples, Tacks, Scotch Tape, Masking Tape or Duct tape are strictly prohibited for handing on decorations. Sticky tack or similar non residue substance such as blue painters tape or post it paper may be used.

Garbage removal is the responsibility of the user

The responsible party (over age 21) must be on premises for the entire event. Additional adult responsible parties may be provided.

Violation of any rules, policies, laws or disturbance of the peace is cause for immediate removal from the facility without refund and the ECA will retain all deposits without any refunds.

The ECA reserves the right to refuse any rental request.
